will be your sole point of contact with Roomspace. You’ll have a direct line so that you can have all your questions answered, even outside of business hours. There’s always somebody available when you need them.
Assessing your business needs
is integral to providing you and your company with service that best fits your needs. Your dedicated account manager will assess your company in order to provide you with the travel plans and accommodations that fit you best.
In person meetings
are provided when convenient, allowing you to have a tangible, one-on-one relationship with your dedicated account manager. This will include apartment viewings, and extensive negotiations to provide you with a tailor-made travel plan.
Multiple Payment Methods
are provided in order to make it convenient for you to pay in a manner that fits your company best. We allow debit and credit card transactions as well as invoiced payments and BACS transfer. Simply tell your dedicated account manager which payment method you’d like to use.
