ABOUT THE LOCATION
Situated in Croydon, London – a town at the southern tip of London and an excellent commuter hub for locals and tourists alike. Croydon hosts several major business and retail centres, with speedy transport links from East, South and West Croydon stations only a few minutes from the apartments. You’ll have easy, direct access to London Bridge, London Victoria, Clapham Junction, Gatwick Airport and Brighton. Croydon’s bus system is also impressive, with buses allowing you to go anywhere between the City, Sevenoaks and Redhill. What’s more, Croydon is the only borough in London with tram services, linking commuters between Croydon, Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction and Elmer’s End.     The apartments are extremely spacious with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom with adequate amenities for a week-long stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony in which we were able to soak in the Madrid atmosphere.
    The location of the apartment is perfect for sight-seeing and in a lovely neighborhood in it's own right. There are 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk that will get you anywhere in the city. Furthermore, we were able to walk to all of our desired destinations, as well as to close restaurants/pubs.
    We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others! Nothing of significant noted.

The view is constantly changing with the local ferries bustling to and fro, and the little (and large) trams trundling past the windows. As residents of very rural England our few days here were a very real pleasure. a few metres away is the covered market and food hall, with fresh veg, butchers and fishmongers aplenty, either eat at one of the many restaurants or buy fresh and cook in the well appointed kitchen.
    A small and very busy supermarket is within the station about 100 mtr away, this sells most essentials if you are too late for the mid-day market closure. A must is the gin bar behind the station and overlooking the river, the cocktails are worth every cent.
    The city is close by, easy access if you catch the elevator tram behind the market, or a very steep walk if you miss it!
    The service and assistance from the staff is second to none. I will be returning for another stay in the not too distant future.
