Staying with Roomspace

Pre-arrival cleaning and hygiene

  • Apartments are deep cleaned before every new arrival and after every departure, dealing with everything from dust to pet hair and air ventilation units (heating and air conditioners). 
  • We take extra steps to ensure that we can protect our staff and guests from diseases, allergies and other conditions.  
  • In line with sanitation protocol, our staff use only approved disinfectant on surfaces and high `touch points’ such as switches and handles.
  • Keys and key cards are sanitised with antibacterial and antiviral spray before each new arrival.

Arrival and during your stay

  • Self check-in procedures remain unchanged.
  • Apartments are equipped with washing machines should you prefer to launder your own linens. Additional linens can be requested by contacting Guest Services.
  • Guest services staff are available to resolve maintenance issues and requests via phone or email, and our maintenance team is on-hand to deal with issues with the apartment.
  • A `Guest in Isolation’ procedure will be clearly communicated and implemented in the event that the local government announces a lock-down or self-isolation period, as well as when a guest announces self-isolation or is suspected of being unwell.

Staff safety and training

  • Staff are instructed to wash their hands on entry and exit of each apartment, and wear the necessary equipment to protect themselves while completing their duties efficiently.
  • All staff are trained to carry out clearing and hygiene procedures in line with Stay with Confidence procedures set out by ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers).
  • Review processes are ongoing and we carry out regular quality checks to ensure that staff are aware of, and following, current WHO and local government hygiene and safety guidelines.

Our Pet-Friendly Policies

Roomspace has various apartments suitable for guests with pets for an extra non-refundable charge of £250 + VAT for deep-cleaning services for the whole apartment after your check-out
Roomspace apartments are deep-cleaned after check-out, taking special care regarding guests with pets in the apartment. Carpets and furniture are cleaned thoroughly before the next arrival
All pets are required to be on a lead in public places and communal areas, to guarantee the safety and hygiene of other guests and the apartments
Please let us know before check-in if you have an allergy that needs particular attention, to allow us the time to make the necessary arrangements
