Executive Roomspace Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘ERS’, ‘we’, ‘us’) trading as Roomspace Serviced Apartments and Executive Roomspace which has its registered office at Unit 7 Chessington Trade Park , 60 Cox Lane, Chessington KT9 1TW UK Company Number 03864387 operating the website at www.roomspace.com.

Prior permission to take any pet or animal into an ERS apartment or the common parts of any property must be obtained in advance of any pet entering the property. Permission is granted at our discretion and in accordance with the pet policy in the building where you will be staying.
We do not permit any pets or animals that are on the governments banned list or that have previously been aggressive or destructive or displayed any antisocial behaviour.
If we have accepted your booking to include a pet, please be advised that you will be required to pay a £300 + VAT non-refundable fee which will be charged and taken at the start of your stay for a deep clean of the whole apartment upon your departure, including a full carpet clean throughout. This may be supplemented by an additional charge at the end of your stay should there be additional damage or more extensive cleaning is required at our discretion.
In addition, we ask you to adhere to the following:
- Your pets should not be left alone in the apartment for more than 4 hours at a time.
- You must ensure that your pets do not cause damage to the property.
- You must ensure that your pets do not cause disturbance or are a nuisance to neighbours or visitors. This includes but isn’t limited to unacceptable levels of noise, and threatening behaviour.
- When outside of the apartment and within the grounds of the property your pet must be kept under control and on a lead including in all public places, communal areas and walkways.
- All mess created by your pet should be cleared away and responsibly disposed of – ERS employees will not be responsible for touching/cleaning litter trays or any pet waste.
- For any service visit, or any other preorganised visit your pet should be secured or taken out of the apartment for the visit and arrangements for the pet should be confirmed in advance – ERS accepts no responsibility should your pet escape during such visits.
- Your pet is your responsibility and should be always kept under control.
We reserve the right to revoke our permission to keep your pet at the property and will give 3 days’ notice to terminate any permission should any of the above not be adhered to or at our sole discretion should it be considered in the best interests of your neighbours or otherwise.
