The apartment is fresh and modern, with a kitchen with all you need for self-catering and a bedroom with a king size bed. The apartment overlooks the river, in the once salubrious Cais Sodre area. The area is now home to some excellent bars and nightlife, and is close to all the main tourist attractions and shops. It is also a major transport hub, with rail, bus, metro and ferry services. Thoroughly recommended place to stay. A special mention to the member of staff who checked us in - she was wonderfully helpful and friendly. read less

Wonderful Place to Stay in Lisbon These spacious, 4-room tourist apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, internet, hair dryer, safe, iron/ironing board, etc. ... read moreThese spacious, 4-room tourist apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, internet, hair dryer, safe, iron/ironing board, etc. Ask for an apartment facing the Targas River and you will be rewarded with big windows with great views of the river and sunsets. The rooms are tall, bright, airy, and comfortably furnished. Just down the street is TimeOut market for dining, wine, gelato, and groceries. Just across and down the street you'll find the train/metro/trolly stop station, so you have quick access to rapid transit. We found this very convenient. We arrived around 3pm and were greeted by our Santos River hostess, who showed us the apartment and gave us info about the area. We would definitely recommend these comfortable apartments. We were in Lisbon for a week and it was nice to have a "home away from home." read less

The stairs are... read moreI was looking for a hotel with a view over the Tejo in Lisbon and found this gem. The building is old with a lot of style. The stairs are beautiful but the building also has a modern elevator. We were in the Penthouse and this is really great. It has a kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath and of course a bedroom. The windows are big and high and instead of curtains there are wouden shutters. We loved it. It was all really clean and the location is really great and close to the old center of Lisbon. Close to the Metro and train station. The view is beautiful. I thought it was better than a hotel. We liked it a lot. read less
