This is convenient for travelers who may experience transportation delays/flexible travelers.
The apartments are extremely spacious with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom with adequate amenities for a week-long stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony in which we were able to soak in the Madrid atmosphere.
The location of the apartment is perfect for sight-seeing and in a lovely neighborhood in it's own right. There are 2 metro stops within a 5 minute walk that will get you anywhere in the city. Furthermore, we were able to walk to all of our desired destinations, as well as to close restaurants/pubs.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others! Nothing of significant noted. read less

It is ideal for longer stays but even if you come for a couple of days or a long weekend it is a very good alternative to a hotel. Besides the excellent location (walking distance to Chiado and Bairro Alto) and breathtaking river views, the staff is very friendly and efficient and really make you feel at home (thanks Maria! :)) read less

The apartment was fully equipped, the marked was next door, bus,tram,metro,and train across the street, and we enjoyed watching the trafic on the river. A couple of blocks away we fond several local resaurants, try Povo (with Fado), Rio Grande and Rosina, all good at very reasonable prices. read less

Surrounded by nice cafe,supermarket,mc-donald, very convenient place. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, the host is very kind and speaks good English, he let my friends and I in since the room was available. Also one day we forgot the key in the room, the warm-hearted host came very fast, checked the lock, solved the problem and left the key in the box for us. Really appreciated! I'd like to recommand this place to everyone who come to Madrid. read less
