What time can I check in?

Our standard check-in time is 15:00. If you’d like to check in earlier, contact our Guest Services department who can confirm availability.

Where do I collect keys from? Will someone meet me at the property?

We have 3 arrival procedures, depending on where you’re staying:
- Self-check-in
- Mailbox key pack
- Meet and greet
You will receive an email 48 hours prior to arrival with details on how to collect your keys, and whether a team member will need to meet you.

What time do I have to check out?

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. If you would like to check out later, please contact our Guest Services department who can confirm availability.

Where should I leave the keys when I depart?

Each property has a unique key return procedure. You will receive an email 48 hours before departure with details of where to leave your keys.

Does the apartment have bedding and towels, or should I bring my own?

The beds in your apartment will be made up in good time for your arrival. One hand towel and one bath towel are provided per person.

What is included in my stay?

Facilities and services include:
- Fully-equipped kitchens, including kitchen utensils, cookware and crockery.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi
- Smart TVs with built-in Freeview
- Linen and towels
- Weekly service cleans

Can I smoke in my apartment?

Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments or properties.

Can I make special or specific requests for my stay?

Yes. We always do our best to meet your needs. At the time of your enquiry, we will make a note of any special requests and then our team will be in touch to confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
